Reply and Forward Information not ShowingI've noticed on several of my clients that Outlook 2003 is not showing the
date and time that the message was replied to or forwarded. Also, the message icon does not change from normal to the replied or forwarded icon. The reply and the forward appears in Sent Items, and recipients have verified receiving the messages, but there is no visual notification to the user. Any ideas? Could it be something in the database that is corrupted? Your help would be greatly appreciated! Jerry:
What version of Exchange are you using? Is it possible that some of these users are using OWA to reply and forward some of these messages. I don't have an E2K server in front of me, but if memory serves me correctly (and it often does not), E2K's OWA client did not mark a message as "replied" or "forwarded". -- Show quoteHide quoteJim McBee Web: http://www.somorita.com Blog: http://mostlyexchange.blogspot.com Stuff: http://geekbargains.blogspot.com "Jerry" <Je***@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:C717734A-3680-4AA2-9565-0B521CCCA67A@microsoft.com... > I've noticed on several of my clients that Outlook 2003 is not showing the > date and time that the message was replied to or forwarded. We're running Exchange 2003 SP1. It appears that the problem occurs when I send a reply or forward that is saved as a draft or when I open a message from the pop-up notification and reply/forward it. Therein lies the weirdness. I'm also seeing this on my users' clients. Very peculiar, don't you think? Yes, that is strange behavior. Probably a combination of steps that the OWA programmers just did not take in to consideration. I'll forward this on to some people that might be able to get this in front of the team, but I doubt it will be addressed very soon. We can cross our fingers, though. Thanks, Jim Show quoteHide quote "Jerry" <Je***@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:1D8ACF64-4D62-40C2-9EEB-F20EF78A9D7D@microsoft.com... > Hi Jim, > > We're running Exchange 2003 SP1.
