Rules and alerts exchange 2003 and outlook 2003

I managed to import all my rules in organiser, but had to manually select all
the end folders again.
However now I get a message that there are insufficient space to store all
my rules on the exchange server ?
IÂ´ve tried a workaround and creating my rules "on this machine only"
unfortunately I have the same problem.
I know that you could only have 40-50 rules in one folder and the rules
could only be 32 KB big. But me manager has pop his mail before and now
migrates his mail to exchange 2003. He have about 160 rules he wants to
import.
The correct error message is:
One or more rules could no be uploaded to Exchange server and have been
deactivated. This could be because some of the parameters are not supported
or there is insufficient space to store all of your rules.
