We are running Exchange Server 2003, and want to be alerted when new mail
arrives, but nothing more than that. No Title, Subject og Content should be
visible in the alert. Is it possible to configure this as a standard for all
users?

There are plenty of Third Party products but Outlook has the Notification
feature built-in.  You simply get a message box on your screen that mail has
arrived.  Search help within Outlook.
