Hey everyone,

We are running Windows 2003 and Exchange 2003.  Our DCs are also Windows
2003.  I have an AD user that when I add an Exchange mailbox to the acct.
the RUS will not stamp the smtp or x400 addresses on the acct.  It may have
been user (ME) error.  I mail enabled four acct(s) (this one included) then
tried to delete the mailbox on this acct. before the RUS had updated it.
Then when I went back to mail enable the acct. again, it would not get the
address info from the RUS.  Other acct(s) work just fine so it's just this
acct. which happens to be the CIO's acct.

Thanks for any help.

By the way, it didn't work when I manually added the smtp and x400
addresses.  The acct. would not show up in the GAL.

Is the account in a 'secure' OU.  If so, then make sure that all the Exchange
Groups (Exchange Domain Servers & Exchange Enterprise Servers) have access to
that OU.
