SPAM sent to wrong users

I have just been shown that several Exchange Server 2003 clients have just
received the same spam regarding Viagra, Cialis etc. prices (nothing too bad,
just annoying).  The trouble is no one client received their own.  They
received e-mails intended for someone else in the network (ie. Jimmy got
Frank's e-mail, and Sally got Jimmy's, etc.).

What could cause this?

As far as system background, OWA is activated.  We are running SBS 2003.  I
still have to install the latest updates (like SP1 and KB894549).  We have an
ISP hosting our internet mail and we download it, and most everyone is
running O2K, SP4.

BCC. Spammers use this all the time.

Look into something that will keep the spam from getting in in the first
place....you can use the Intelligent Message Filter feature in Exchange
(download it from MS), or look at GFI's product offerings, or see
www.postini.com for a service you pay for.
