OWA Change Password DisappearedI am using Forms Based Authenication for my 2K3 OWA and I noticed after
performing the latest W2K3 SP1 and related installs that my OWA Change Password option is no longer displaying. Maybe this is a concidence of timing but I am wondering. I went back into the registry and verified that the key DisablePassword is set to 0. I have set it back to 1 rebooted then set it back to 0 and rebooted again with no resolve. I can go to http://owa/iisadmpwd and it works fine but the button no longer shows up from the Options page in OWA. Any Ideas? Thanks, Fred Fred:
Do you have a front-end and back-end server? I think it has to be enabled on the back-ends, if memory serves me correctly. -- Show quoteHide quoteJim McBee Web: http://www.somorita.com Blog: http://mostlyexchange.blogspot.com Stuff: http://geekbargains.blogspot.com "Fred Yarbrough" <fcyarbro***@yahoo.com> wrote in message news:uY%23uHXjQFHA.1884@TK2MSFTNGP15.phx.gbl... >I am using Forms Based Authenication for my 2K3 OWA and I noticed after >performing the latest W2K3 SP1 and related installs that my OWA Change >Password option is no longer displaying. Good eye! I had made the registry change on one of our BE servers but not the other 2. I thought about that this morning as I was getting ready to go to work. I assume that altering the cookie timeout parameter must be made on both the FE and BE too?
