Hi All,

I have an issue with 1 user on our system (exchange 2003) who us unable to
recieve mails, initially it was reply mails but now he's getting failures
from people sending new messages to him, the error is as follows

Failed to send to identified host,

xxx***@xxxxxxx.co.uk: [xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx], 501 5.7.1 This system is not
configured to relay mail (r) from xxx***@xxxxxxxxx.co.uk to
xxx***@xxxxxx.co.uk for xxx.xxx.xxx.xxx

All other users are unaffected

Has anybody come across this before? I know if it happens to all then it's
to do with relay in the default virtual server / access but under Access
Anonymous / Basic / Windows Integration are ticked

Under relay it's only allowed to relay from the router IP

Thanks

Pablo

Externally only, and only when receiving mails.

Thanks

Have tried turning on Message Tracking?  Verify his exchange account
settings such mailbox quota, etc.

Thanks for info, problem was MailSweeper not relaying .co.uk mails. Added
and all fine now.

Cheers
