Own CA server work with exchange and outlook

Hi all,

Any expert got experience in implementing own CA server and work with
outlook/exchange so as to allow user to encrypt and sign email.

What exactly do you want to know? PKI is an entire book in and of
itself (having just bought one myself)
Yes, you can use Windows to assign everyone certs and they can sign
and encrypt mails.
When they get to their external destination there will be problems
unless you share the root certificate with them and they choose to
deploy that certificate internally (since nobody outside your
organisation will trust your CA)

Sure you can Google for this but is there anything specific you were
after that won't take 10 pages of text to describe?
