Sorry, this may be the wrong list, but i posted in Outlook and the MVP did
not have a solution.

I have created a shared mailbox in ex2007.  one user in a TS session,
Outlook 2003, does not have the 'more settings' button to add the shared
mailbox.  other users have the button.  i access the mailbox via my TS
session and the 'more settings' button is available.

can you offer a suggestion as to how to restore this button.  (office 2003 -
tools, email accounts, change, more settings)
thanks
marni

Not an Exchange issue, purely client side. I thought of GPO
restrictions but you say that other users have the button so I kinda
rules that out. Can you go File | Open | Another users folder from
Outlook and open it that way?
I can't explain either and if the Outlook MVP can't then it must be a
weird one. Another thing which you've probably already done is to
create a new profile for the person and tried again?
