Hi,

Hi,

OWA2003

I have this user she received attachment as she can see the paper clip via
OWA but there is no file. If he checks via OL2002 she can retrieve the
attachment.

Any ideas what could be causing this?

Advise Please.

Thank

Thanks Martin for your response.

Its DOC file.  Some times it will open via OWA and sometimes it wont.

Interesting. Is this just one doc or many that it happens too?
Does right click, save as work?
