Errors while reserving resources

Hi....we are having some erratic issues reseving resources( i.e. conference
roos, etc) in Exchange 2003 SP2/Outlook.

Some users have no problem reserving resources at all. Others can book a
resource one day but receive an error trying to reserve the same resource the
next day.

They mostly receive an error stating " Unable to open the free/busy
information." Unable to directly book a resource for this meeting."

Any ideas on this

There have been times that they receive a "You marked "Conderence Room" as a
Resource. You cannot schedule a meeting with "Conference" because you do not
have appropriate permission for that account. Either enter the name as a
required or optional attendee or talk to your administrator about giving you
permission to schedule...." messagebut mostly it is the error message above.

Any ideas? Thanks....

This is telling you that the user is not able to gain access to the
free/busy system public folder.  There are many reasons that this could
happen.

Thanks Ed. I will be checking the Permissions and then let you know. Seems
though that if it were a Permissions issue that it wouldn't be so random.
(especially the Free/Busy errors)
