Hello,
We just had our Exchange 2003 Server crash.  We have no backups, however,
the exchange data folders themselves were are recovered.  Is there any way to
restore the data in those folders?  Most of it didn't matter, however, we
have one user that wants their info (calendar, contacts, emails) restored.
Thanks for any help you can offer.

Where are you now?
Have you got a new server up and mailboxes running?
You just need the data?

Take a look at OnTrack Powercontrols or Quest Recovery Manager for Exchange.
Neither is cheap but both will extract everything directly from the EDB
files.
