Disclaimer EventSink TriggerI used the cscript smptreg.vbs command to register an event on arrival for
the smtp virtual server to add a disclaimer to all outgoing emails. It's not working. Does anyone have any experience with this? I followed the Microsoft KB to a tee, and no luck... Help. I believe you need to have a front end/back end (2 server) config.
Do you have that? No, I had a SBS 2000 server and upgraded to a Windows Server 2003 with a full
implementation of Exchange 2003 Standard. The event sink process worked on the SBS 2000 server. That's how we had the disclaimers running before. But I can't get it to work on this 2003 server... format. You'll have to force a content conversion. You can do this byu putting the sink on a boundary server and routing through it, or by creating a second SMTP virtual server on the current host and routing throiugh that.
