Hi,

I've exchange 2003 std. In this week, the exchange server having problem
three times. The mailboxstore didn't mount and this caused queueing in Local
delivery and user unable to connect to the server.

What I've did are:

1. Restarted Information store (but this service totally ran before I restart)
2. Mounting Mailbox store in ESM
3. Added "SYSTEM" account with full controll in Mailboxstore security tab
4. I also ran eseutil /mh and the state is clear shutdown
5. In the eventviewer, there was on error with eventid:9175

Can anyone help me, to prevent this problem occure again in the next time?
Because, once the problem occured and I mounting the mailbox store, the
problem solve for the moment. But after 2 days, the problem occuring again.

Thankyou.

Regrads,
Dudu

Also, don't post just event ID numbers, post the entire event message.  You
can use the handy "copy to clipboard" button in the event log entry detail
window.
