I have an exchange server 2003 with all the updates.  When sending email, it
being tagged as spam.  I checked the blacklists and that seems fine.  It
seems like the domain has goten a bad reputation.  How can I check on this
and get it resolved?

Your NDR reports or spam bounces should include diagnostic information -
normally, they will refer to the blocklist being used to deny your mail.

Most of these are IP based, not on email domain, although some spam
filters will bounce if a known spammer URL is included in the message
body. Still, more likely your IP is blacklisted.

Also, sending out email with .GIF embeds and other "spamsign" can cause
email from your users to be seen as spam on a regular basis.

If you post a few of the bounces, they can likely be quickly diagnosed.
