I have an exchange server 2003 with all the updates.  When sending email, it
gets tagged as spam.  I have checked for blacklists and that seems fine.  It
seems like the domain has goten a bad reputation.  How do I check for this
and get it resolved?

For starters be sure you have proper PTR and SPF records setup.
Additionally you should have a static IP and not dynamic.

If you are getting bounce backs (NDR's), you can post them here. Sometimes
the whole answer is in there.

I do have proper PTR and SPF records setup.  IP is static.  All emails that
are sent out go to my spam folder or junk folder.  I have this in the email
header everytime.

X-Spam-Flag: YES
X-Spam: [F=0.9832412580; B=0.500(0); CM=0.500; MH=0.500(2009021224);
R=0.995(10911265633); S=0.200(2009020301); SS
