Messages Never arrived in user inboxWe're currently using Exchange 2003 for our mail server and we have approx 20 subdomain under our company domain. We have a very strange situation where some users don't received their email although their name was on the receipient list. I checked to our antispam (which is an Ironport C series) for mesages tracking. In a message that have 3 recipient our antispam reported that the massage was only intended for 2 recipient: for instance: I sent an email to a**@abc.com and CC to J***@abc.com and K**@abc.com. Josh never received the email. he found out when ana replies all the messages and found that his name was in the message that he never received. from the ironport report the same message only intended and delivered for Ana and Ken. Does anyone ever have the same problem? is it because our domain have multiply subdomain or the exchange is broken? Thanks for your kind answer. Sincerely, Thener you can use message tracking on the IronPort c-series to find the
disposition of the message to see if one for that recipient actually came into your environment, and then you can deduce if exchange punted it, or if the sender ever sent it, or it's stuck on the MTA.
