Move mailbox to mailbox on same exchangeour company is requiring us to change the naming scheme of our account and
email addresses to match all plant sites. currently we us the first initail last name. we will need to change to FirstName.LastName. i have tested on my own account but i need to copy everything in the mailbox to the new mailbox. is it possible to do this easily because we will need to do this for every user account with email. b***@nascospg.com <bhaynascospg***@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote:

Change your recipient policies. That's it. You can also change the display name. But it's the same mailbox.
