Hi,

I am migrating an Exchange 2003 org to another one. They are both in
seperate domain/forests. There are emails in CompanyB's public folder
structure that need to be copied over to CompanyA's public folder structure.
How do I go about migrating the emails over?

Thanks,

You can replicate public folder content between organizations using the
Interorg Replication Tool.  Read and follow the instructions exactly because
this is one finicky tool.
