I am experiencing an issue with internal and external access to OWA 2007. I
recently deleted the OWA Directory from IIS because of an issue with a .net
install  and created another virtual directory. When I now access the
URL(External and Internal) it allows me to logon on like i used to, but then
I get a Directory list of all its /OWA contents and not my mailbox. Any help
would be greatly appreciated. Thank You.

I recently installed Rollup 6 and .Net 3.5 SP1.
There are no recent backups of IIS.
Nothing was changed in the Client Access under Exchange management conole
I believe we were using FBA.

Windows 2003 SP2 Server Envirnoment
Exchange 2007 SP1 with Client Access, Hub, Mailbox Roles

You could try reinstalling Exchange.
