Licensing for Exchange 2003A noobie question but I am planning on installing Exchange 2003 on a Server
2003 R2. The server has 10 Cals. Does Exchange require its own Cals or will the server cals work? TIA Geoff Yes, Exchange Server requires a licenses and then you would need 10 CAL's.
Consult you software VAR for further licensing details. Business Server for the amount of users you are proposing. SBS provides one SBS CAL which includes your Windows and Exchange CAL.
