Thanks for your post. First, I would like to know what edition of Exchange server you are using. Is it an Exchange 2000 or 2003 server? Based on research of the Event 2030, if you are using Exchange 2000 or 2003, you may consider the following steps: Step 1: Update all the current RUS services First of all, I would like to know that have you tried "Rebuild" all the current RUS services? This forces the Recipient Update Service to evaluate each object in Active Directory. To rebuild the Recipient Update Service, follow these steps in KB831809: Exchange 2000 Recipient Update Service does not replicate changes successfully in forest functional level 1 or 2 in Windows Server 2003 Active Directory http://support.microsoft.com/kb/831809/en-us Step 2: Check Users permission. 1). Open Active Directory Users and Computers. 2). Choose Advanced View. 3). Get properties for the top domain object (ie. domain.com) 4). Click the Security tab 5). Highlight "Authenticated Users" 6). Ensure that "Authenticated Users" has the "Read" permission on the domain object. Relate information: Duplicate Public Information Store Names Cause Event ID 2030 Message in Application Event Log http://support.microsoft.com/kb/265051 Exchange Recipient Update Service does not stamp proxy addresses in Exchange 2000 Server and in Exchange Server 2003 http://support.microsoft.com/kb/286356 Hope this helps.
