Missing emails when using Outlook Web AccessHi,
I have just installed an Exchange Server 2007. I configured Outlook 2003 to connect to the Exchange server. After I do a send/receive from Outlook, all of the e-mails are gone when I access Outlook Web Access. I thought they were supposed to be saved on the server by default. I cannot find a configuration that allows this within Outlook unless I use a pop connection. Anyone have an idea what might be the problem. -- Thanks, Rob Rob <rob_posting@community.nospam> wrote:

It sounds like you're using a PST file in your mail profile, and it's delivering everything to there & removing it from the server. You can move everything back to the server once you change the delivery location to the mailbox once again. Or he's possibly set up his Outlook client in internet mail mode, instead of
Exchange mode. Rob, have you tried recreating your Outlook profile? accounts setup fixed the problem. -- Show quoteHide quoteThanks guys, Rob "Lanwench [MVP - Exchange]" <lanwe***@heybuddy.donotsendme.unsolicitedmailatyahoo.com> wrote in message news:OTzOJr8kJHA.4404@TK2MSFTNGP06.phx.gbl... > Missy Koslosky <missy@DONTSPAMMEmvps.org> wrote: >> Or he's possibly set up his Outlook client in internet mail mode, >> instead of Exchange mode.
