OWA DraftsI have a user who is stating that when she creates a new email using OWA and
tries to send when she is over her mailbox size limit, OWA will put her message into drafts but will remove all text in the body of the message. Does anyone know why? We are using Exchange 2003. Thanks.... I can't confirm that behavior, but there could be a simple explanation.
With OWA when a user creates a new message, an entry is put into the Drafts folder, and what's probably happening is that the text of the message added after the new message is created isn't getting updated to the Drafts folder entry. -- Show quoteHide quoteEd Crowley MVP "There are seldom good technological solutions to behavioral problems." .. When I create a new message & hit send, I get the popup stating I exceeded my mailbox limit. At that point, I hit save and it seems to save the message but I cannot find where it saves to. It's not in my 'Drafts' folder. Where does it go? Thanks....
