iphone not syncing

I have five iphone users four work fine only one having problem syncing with
exchange 2007

Can anyone  assist me with this issue

No errors just it not authenticate but it the only one
User is using correct user name and password so not sure what to do

First get the device ID for the user:
http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa996908.aspx

Then parse the IIS logs Export-ACtiveSyncLog and see if it tells you
more info ( focusing on the device ID)
