Why do we have to specify the domain name when logging into OWA?We are running Exchange 2003 on Windows 2003 servers with all service packs.
My question is, why do my users have to include domain-name\username when logging into OWA? We have other Windows servers that are used for web sites and file upload and download and users do not have to specify the domain name when accessing those sites. I have the Default Domain field populated on the Exchange servers for the \exchange folder in IIS. The web sites and owa are all secured via basic authentication and ssl. We only have one domain. You don't have to, you can either configure the owa page to include the
domain or use the realm option in IIS. Oliver can you briefly describe both of those or point to urls that describe? thanks
