Exchange Server 2007I am trying to help a firm that is running Exchange Server 2007. I need to
know how to determine if they are on a x64 or x86 system. I need to confirm whether or not SP1 has been installed or any service packs. I am unfamiliar with Exchange 2007 and the power shell. I have checked Add\Remove program and do not see any service pack or updates but would like another way to confirm. I am working remotely and do not have access to logon locally to the machine. Thanks, Steve If its Exchange 2007 then it has to be x64, required. As for SP level, you
can get this from Exchange Managment Console (EMC) but you need to be able to login to the server to do this. -- Show quoteHide quoteJohn Oliver, Jr MCSE, MCT, CCNA Exchange MVP 2009 Microsoft Certified Partner "slawrie" <slaw***@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:63A29EC2-5006-4328-900F-194315DD81C7@microsoft.com... >I am trying to help a firm that is running Exchange Server 2007. Exchange- Version 8.1 Build 240.6 It looks like this is SP1 with no other rollups. Would this be correct? What would be build with a rollup. I do have access via rdp I jut do not have physical access to the server. Thanks, Steve Show quoteHide quote "John Oliver, Jr. [MVP]" wrote: > If its Exchange 2007 then it has to be x64, required. Rollups installed will show in Add/Remove Programs. RDP access will work for accessing EMC. You can also check exchangesetup.log on the server for details of installations performed, http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/library/bb125254.aspx -- Show quoteHide quoteJohn Oliver, Jr MCSE, MCT, CCNA Exchange MVP 2009 Microsoft Certified Partner "slawrie" <slaw***@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote in message news:23769B4F-B41F-4397-9D4E-6341B774270B@microsoft.com... > They are on > > Exchange- Version 8.1 Build 240.6 > > It looks like this is SP1 with no other rollups.
