Outlook 2007 disconnectedWe have a SBS2003 server and since yesterday one outlook 2007 user cannot
connect to the exchange. She is logged onto the domain and can access shared folders, etc but when OL2k7 is launched the network status shows Disconnected. She can get email via OWA, but cannot turn off Out-of-office replies. I can ping the exchange server from the pc and vice versa. Any ideas, please. The network connection shows disconnected or Outlook shows disconnected?
Outlook's not in Offline Mode (File>>>Work Offline) right? It's the Outlook that shows disconnected, not Offline. It periodically goes

Still can't work out why the problem occurred in the first place. Oh well. Lan to WLan and then Back again or something similar. Exchange sees the session as active, but seems to also see the same computer trying to reconnect to that session, however, it appears to think that someone is already connected, so the user cannot. What I found as a sure fire way to fix this is to Shut down outlook - don't even open it once for an hour straight, this should give enough time for the session to expire....leaving the client on, appears to extend this time. If you know how to kill sessions on the Exchange server, that would probably work....but ultimately deleting the account will work...but that is not good. url:http://www.ureader.com/msg/11745863.aspx
