Exchange 2007 OWA acting strangeI am running a single server with Windows Server 2003 SP2 and Exchange 2007 SP1 installed. I just noticed today that OWA (Outlook Web Access) which was working fine last year is not working properly anymore. From an XP client, I can authenticate on the Webmail but all the icons/pictures are missing (only the text and the background color in the webpage)and whenever I click on a button or a link, nothing happens. From a VISTA client, it's even worse and the users are redirected to a blank Web page that has a URL that resembles the following: https://servername/owa/auth/logon.aspx?url=https://servername/owa&reason=0 I guess it has something to do with an Update Rollup for Exchange 2007 which was not installed correctly. Currently these update are installed: Update Rollup 3 for Exchange 2007 Service Pack 1 Update Rollup 5 for Exchange 2007 Service Pack 1 and Update Rollup 6 for Exchange 2007 Service Pack 1, just installed today (issued by Microsoft on February 10, 2009). I cannot trace the issue to this last update since I don't use OWA very often. Do I need to reinstall the Update Rollup 6? If yes, do I need to uninstall all the Update Rollups before reinstalling Update Rollup 6? What else can I do? Help much appreciated. Nicolas Hi,
Can you check the in IIS for OWA virtual directory. Look for folder with version no.s in it. There will be new versions generated and possiblilities are there the rollup is not applied properly. Did you applied rollup through Windows Update, It is not recommended and there are KB's that says about issues that can occur if installed via Windows UPdate. Download the latest rollup and reapply them.
