Working with GoDaddy on a new email setup when the rep says to kill my
outlook email address and upgrade my other account to save money. I ask if
this will effect my outlook in any way. He says no. It did! I redid my email
accounts name under imap configuration and ALL my info is missing in outlook
now. Calendars, contacts--all of it. Both GoDaddy(different guy) and MS say
it it was lost on the exchange, but GD has setup another MS account under the
same settings hoping the restore will fix it tonight........I know I'm
leaving allot out probably, but I'm totally streesing right now!  Help

I'm sorry but I have no idea what you mean. I don't think you were using
Exchange; GoDaddy doesn't offer hosted Exchange. What kind of mail account
were you using before? Did you do backups of your computer, including your
mail data? I'm sorry you've lost your data but I'm afraid it's not likely
anyone in here can help you.

Tony,

Speak to your Exchange techy. He's probably the best guy to help here. There
isn't really a lot of information for us to help you on.
