Multiple Domain on one 2003 exchange serverOur company has three divisions.
abc.com bcd.com cde.com Most of our employees work in more than on division, and need to keep email from different division separate. Currently my exchange server handles email for abc.com. We use swishmail for bcd.com, and we have just started cde.com and don't have a solution yet. Please let me know what you all think is the bet way to handle this type of scenerio. Even if it means purchasing equipment/software. Thanks in advance. Hi,
Exchange can handled multiple SMTP Domains. In Exchange 2003 just add them to your recipient policies. You could check out Ivasoft.biz for some addins that may make this work for you, though. I do think centralizing everyone on one mail server platform is a good idea. Most of our users have blackberrys or Motorola Qs. How would I go about
setting them up. I understand that the blackberry can only have one exchange account delivered from the BES, but will I be able to add email accounts into the webmail setting on the phones? Jeremy <Jer***@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote:

You could set up > add email accounts into the webmail setting on the phones? each address as a different mailbox and have the BB/WM users access those via IMAP, but that's a huge klugey pain in the ___ and I wouldn't go there.
