Notification at alternate e-mail address

I have some users that do not regularly login to our exchange server.  We
would like to notify them at an alternate e-mail address that they have
received an e-mail, without forwarding them the original message.  Does
anyone have any ideas on how to accomplish this with Exchange 2007?

Nope. And let's be honest here - doesn't it strike you as a little....how
shall I put this....well *silly* ...  to send someone a message saying
they've got a message but not telling them what the message is?
Give 'em handhelds (WM or Blackberries if you run  BES) and then they'll see
the mail when it comes in. Or just tell them that part of their jobs
involves checking OWA every x hours. Or do a forward.

While this may not change the answer, let me explain the scenario a little
better.  We have board members who are volunteers, and as such may be retired
or have their own personal businesses etc.  Being a board member, they have a
need(Several times a month) to communicate with other board members, as well
as with our executive team.  This communication often contains information of
a confidential nature, and as such, we would prefer that this information not
be floating around the internet.  We provide them with a company owned pc to
access our network via vpn.  Since these board members have a life outside of
their volunteer work, we felt that rather than requiring them to check their
e-mail often, that if possible, we could notify them at their personal e-mail
address that there is a message waiting for them.

It would also notify them when they got a NDR or SPAM message as well.
That would probably get pretty irritating to logon and find out it was
something they didnt care about.
Mobile devices or simply the expectation that people will check their
mail periodically probably makes the most sense if you really do not
want to forward the message.
