contact sharing not connecting to address book

I am currently having a problem with Outlook contact sharing.  I have Small
business server 2003, with clients using Outlook 2007.  Under "change
sharing permissions" of the contact list, I have granted several other users
full access to the data.  And, when I used "Open Shared Contacts" from the
users to see the contact list in their accounts, it appeared just fine.  I
was able to view the list, modify, add to it, delete it, great!  However,
the most important use of the contacts is to have them available for sending
emails. The problem is that the list does not appear in the address book, so
I cannot use any of the addresses for sending mail.  How can I get the
contact list to appear in the address book?

Thanks,

Hi - as you're seeing, you can't use someone else's contacts as an address
bookk. What I suggest you do is use a public contacts folder instead, and
keep your company's business contacts in there. Everyone can share it, you
can control who should have access to it, and everyone can use it as an
Outlook address book.

Have people use their mailbox contacts folders for their own personal stuff
only.
