HI, We are experiencing problems opening links to web pages in OWA. Users are
prompted to enter their username and password again but that just keeps
repeating itself. So it is impossible to open the link.  LInks work fine in
Outlook.

We also have an ISA 2004 server.

Thanks for any help offered.
JC

So I guess the question is, if you connect to OWA internally , not
going through ISA, does it work?

IT happens both internally and externally. We are going through a ISA proxy
both ways also.

Can you try it directly to the OWA servers and not through the Proxy?

It works fine when I bypass the proxy.

You may want to ask this in an ISA forum.

Thanks for your help. Sounds like ISA is the issue.

Take care,
