Hello All:

I have a mystery at my hand, one of the users claim he is not getting emails
from a particular source, exchange message tracking proves the messages have
been delivered. I searched all the outlook mail folder on the users
computer but no luck. The user does not have any rules, searching the junk
email folder didn't help either. I have even looked at the "recover deleted
items".

any input will be appreciated.

Try using Exmerge to scan his inbox to see if it copies it and
extracts it.

One more thing... if you are saying that those mails are being
delivered by your exchnage then there is no chance of its getting
blocked by the spam controller... i hope user is saying the truth...
ask him when was the last he expected those mails and restore his
mailbox with that perticular day's backup.. try your luck... but i
dont see much of sense here...
