2 email addresses in Outlook/Exchange

Hi,s
I set up a user in SBS 2003 with first initial last name as email. He wants
to add another email address using his first name only but still recieve the
original email that was set up. How can I add the second email/

There's probably a wizard but go into Active Directory Users, find
him, get his properties, look at the email addresses and add another
one.

This is one of those rare things for which there is no SBS wizard - Mark's
advice is the only way. Be sure to change the default SMTP address to
whatever he wants to send as, and you may need to untick the 'automatically
update via recipient policy' box to make that settings change stick.

Do you mean change the SMTP default to the new address in the AD users
properties email addresses box?
