Pictures not showing up in emailWe have a html mail coming from an external client. The mail contains both
red X crosses as well as images which are not getting displayed(with just blank boxes, these are different from the red x crosses). When I right click on the red x crosses and download pictures, the pictures show up for the x crosses, but the blank images are still blank. The same happens in OWA too. But, the weird thing is, when the client sends the same mail to a hotmail/gmail account, it appears fine after clicking link to download pictures. No changes were made to IE settings for the mail to be displayed properly in hotmail/gmail. Why will Outlook 2003 and OWA have problems and please let me know any possible things which can be tried? aarunp <aar***@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote:

What spam filtering software do you use? We are using Exchange 2007 SP1 and Websense Hosted Email Security
(MailControl) as our spam filtering software. aarunp <aar***@discussions.microsoft.com> wrote:

It was the html filter which was causing it. We got it fixed after speaking to Websense.
