All,

I have a strange issue where OWA stopped working. I get prompted for a
login, but the OWA page only partially renders (for a screen shot:
http://qazz.us/World/Exchange.html).  The basic navigation links (on the
left) render, but don't work. When I click any of them (say, Inbox), the page
loads something, but nothing changes in the browser. It also looks like the
css isn't loading, which I suspect may be part of the problem.

I've tried deleting the folders and having the Exchange SA recreate
them--and it does/did. I've checked the permissions, looked at the Applicatin
Pool (ExchangeApplicationPool), checked the permissions on the program
files/ExchSrvr/... But I can't get the OWA to load. I've also tried
reinstalling Exchange from the Exchange setup disk. I've also check the Event
viewer for both System and Application, and there are no errors (or even
warnings) listed.

Has anyone encountered this before?

My first guess would be that you no longer have Anonymous Access enabled on
the exchweb directory in IIS.

Thanks, Lee. I actually posted this in the clients forum, too. But I figured
out what the problem was. I went ahead and posted the resolution in the other
folder, but essentially what it was was that I needed to re-add the IIS_WPG
user account to the source folder (not sure what took it out, but adding the
Worker Process Group account back in fixed all the problems).

Thanks for taking the time to respond!
