Hello,

while im sending an email through our Exchange 2007  Including File
Attachment
it's change all the email design and create an ATT00001.TXT attach to it

when im sending email only with body text, anything working good
it's happend only when i try to add an attachment to my email

is there any Gui way / shell command to remove/stop the server from
generating the ATT00001.xxx files

also we were trying to change all option in Message MIME format under my
client server setting Message retrival option didnt help

Any help would be greatly appreciated,

Thanks!

Rini

Are you sure Exchange is doing this?  Do you have an antivirus or antispam
or any other SMTP message inspection system in the mail flow?  What client
is the user using to read these messages?

Thanks for your response,

Only Exchange 2007 Anti-spam Is installed on the server
No Anti-virus yet.
No any other SMTP message inspection

the client user is using office Outlook 2007 to read these messages

we have found that:
when we sent an email only with Attachment (NO text in the Body) The server
IS NOT Generating the ATT00001.xxx files

when we are adding the Body text and the attach massage the server IS
Generating the ATT00001.xxx files

but we cant find how to get rid of those ATT00001.xxx files

any Advice will be appreciate?

Thanks,

I'm suspicious that Exchange is not doing this.

I will be more happy if it wasn’t exchange generating it

Using other mail server with the same client and same email body data and
attached file

There is No additional ATT00001.xxx files attached to it !!

It Is Happening only when I'm using the Exchange 2007

please Advice From the techinical point of view ?

Thanks for your help

What is the complete path the message follows?  What do the message headers
say?
