Exchange/outlook on two computers

I have outlook connected to exchange on two different computers, my
work computer and home computer.

If I have new messages in my Inbox, and I open outlook at home, when I
am at work, they are there, which is the way I want it to work. Same
is true if I send an email from work, it shows up in my Sent items at
home too.

All is good except for deleted items and junk-mail folders. If I
delete some items at home (or vice-versa at work) out of "deleted
items" or "junk-mail" folders, they don't get deleted out of my work
folders.

Any ideas?  Is this normal behavior?

Thanks,
ga

Which version of Outlook? Using it in online or cached mode? MAPI or Outlook
Anywhere (RPC/HTTPS)?

I am using outlook 2007 on one PC and outlook 2003 on the other.  As I
said, almost all other folders stay "synchronized" but for some
reason, if I delete something out of "deleted items" or "junk mail" on
the one PC, it doesn't delete out of the other.  However, if I delete
an item from the inbox, it deletes from both inboxes.  Server is
Exchange 2003 and as I said, one PC with outlook 2007 and one pc with
outlook 2003.  Both machines are windows xp.

Both are using "cached mode"

thanks,
ga

You might want to switch one to online mode.
