how to reinstall owa for exchagne 2003

I need to re-install or remove owa for exchange 2003 (installed on win2000
server with sp4). It seems the metabase is corrupt. The web site stops some
of the exchagne services once someone attempts to use it.

Is there a special procedure to re-setup OWA only or should I re-install
Exchange 2003 completely ?
