Contacts Limit

I just passed 500 Contacts in my list. My secretary is a delegate who can
read and edit the list. She can only see the first 500 contacts in the list.
She can enter a new contact, but as soon as she posts it, it flies away and
is no longer visible to her on her machine. I can see all contacts in my
list from my machine.

Is this designed behavior, or is there some setting that can be changed so
that she can see them all ?

You don't have a limit in your Outlook contacts. You can either leave
this question here and hope that Neo happens on by or you can post
this question into an Outlook group where Neo and his colleagues will
certainly be able to answer this properly.

What client is she using to view the Contacts? Outlook? OWA?

If Outlook what view is she using of the Contacts? Address cards? Other?
