contact and got an error message that "An attempt was made to add an object to the directory with a name that is already in use. I didn't mention this, but the email is being forwarded to a different email account of an existing user. I guess i just could use a ficticious name and enter the correct email address? When you see the alias field, put .external or something obvious at the end. It has no bearing on the display name or anything important to you. I tried the .external for the alias and got the same result. I am going to
change try to change the name and see what happens.
