exchange 2003 SP2

we like to plan to install Exchange 2003 SP2 near future. my question i have
is, do we have to up grade ADC connector ?

some ADC connector is on Exchange server itself and some is on DC server..

You should always use the latest ADC, so yes.

as far as I known there is no ADC improvements in SP2
