Exchange 5.5 and clients problems

Good Days,

Server : Windows 2000 small business (sp-4 installed)
Exchange Server 5.5 (sp-3 installed)
Clients : Windows 2000 pro (sp-4 installed)
Office 2000 small business

I have some problem on accounts of Exchange 5.5 . Some accounts can't
send Email. Before 3 days ago, all clients send/receive email by
outlook 2000 clients. But now, some of the outlook clients blocked on
outbox. When I try to send mail to any address, the mail blocked to
outbox. Also when I try to delete tt mail on outbox, the machine has
been given as below msg:
- "I can't delete"

I checked all network by Norton Antivirus and Spyboot, and I didn't
find any spyware/viruses...

Also I created new client name on active directory and appended to new
mailboxes. When i swicthed on outlook, tt mailboxes working perfectly
???

Pls let me know what happened???
