emails sent from pda->exchange user occasionally empty

Hi,

We use exchange 2003 SP1 and we also use PDAs running windows mobile 2003 SE
and above.

Occasionally some users complain that they receive blank e-mails sent from
their colleagues using PDAs.

how can I pinpoint why this is happening and why only very few users are
getting blank e-mails?
