Running Exchange 2003 sp1...

"This rule can't be saved. Wait a few minutes, and then try again. If the
problem persists, contact your server administrator."

A post by Ben Marshall said he requested for hotfix from Microsoft then did
some changes to "Allow automatic forward" using Exchange System Manager.

Has anybody solved this problem without requesting for hotfix?  Did Exchange
SP2 installation solved the problem for you?
