I am following an article on Technet "How to Configure External DNS Servers
on an Outbound SMTP Virtual Server."  I am running W2K3 Ent Sp1 with IIS and
SMTP service enabled.  I am at the Advanced Delivery dialog box where and do
not have the "Configure external DNS Servers:"  On the document it is located
under the "Perform reverse DNS lookup on incoming message" but on my server
it does not even appear.  Am I missing something?

As far as I am aware the SMTP service included with IIS is missing some
of the functionality present in the Exchange SMTP Connector.     I
looked for this myself a while back and never could find it, nor a
registry key to enable it, though that doesn't mean one does not exist.

What are you trying to accomplish in detail?   There might be another
way to do it.
