Attachment size limit

Hi...

I have exchange server 2003 and first time i set message size limit on smtp
to 4 MB after that iremove that limit and right now it is unlimited but i
cannot sent attachment size more then 4 MB i am receiving following error
450 5.2.3 Msg Size greater than allowed by Remote Host

Pls le help me

The remote host (i.e. your recipient) has a limit set on their
mailserver - it's unlikely that they would change it but you can ask.
Alternatively, try compressing the file to send it, or post it on a
website for download.   E-Mail just doesn't like big attachments.

Hi..

Thanks for reply

there no limit on receiving side , actualy it does't go through my mail
server

there is some default setting appling

so can you help me out i have already check with all step fom microsoft
knowledeg base
