Hi!

Our Exchange users get exchange system messages in different languages. We
are in Hungary. For example they get messages about your mailbox is full, and
so on. This messages sometimes are Hungarian, sometimes are English. Recently
one of our user has got a German message. It is possible, that his version of
win xp and outlook are German. What does the language of the system messages
depend on? How can I change not only their language but their text, too?
I tried to track the system messages in Message Tracking Center, but I did
not find any system messages. Cannot they tracked?

Environment:
- Exchange Server 2003 on Windows Server 2003
- Outlook 2003 (mainly Hungarian, few English and German)
